These Terms and Conditions govern the Promotion and prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials.
Entry and claim instructions are deemed to form part of these Terms and Conditions. By participating, you will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If applicable, the winner’s guest must also comply with these Terms and Conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.
The Promotion is operated by Tilda Limited a company registered in England and Wales whose registered office is at Tilda Ltd. Coldharbour Lane, Rainham RM13 9YQ (“Tilda”).

The Promotion is only open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees or workers (and their immediate families) of Tilda, its subsidiaries, other group companies, its agents, or anyone else professionally connected with the Promotion including any organisation involved in the operation or administration of the Promotion including prize suppliers and advertising agencies.
The Promotion is exclusive to Tesco, Waitrose, Asda, Morrisons, Ocado and Sainsbury’s (available both in-store or online), subject to availability. Purchase required.
Internet access is required.
You must retain proof of purchase/receipt showing the date of purchase during the Promotional Period (see below) and prior to date of entry. Delay or failure to provide evidence to Tilda’s reasonable satisfaction may result in an entry being void or a prize being forfeited.
Each overall entry must be accompanied by a receipt. Where more than one pouch of Tilda steamed ready-to-heat rice is purchased and shown on the receipt, each pouch purchased per receipt will be eligible for one entry. Maximum of 4 individual pouches per receipt, allowing up to 4 individual entries from each receipt. A maximum of one overall entry into the promotion per person per day. Each receipt can only be used once during the Promotion.
Each pouch of Tilda steamed ready-to-heat rice purchased and entered on the same overall entry constitutes an entry into the daily prize draw and grand prize draw, up to a maximum of 4 individual pouches per receipt.
The number of packs purchased on the receipt must be correctly entered in the entry form via the “number of packs purchased” drop-down. Each entry will be entered into a daily prize draw and grand prize draw. A maximum of three daily prizes can be won per person.
Entries (bulk or otherwise) made from trade, syndicates, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is reposting the same content multiple times or using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’ or any other automated means, that person’s entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.
Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery. The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.

The Promotional Period will run from 00:00 on 01/05/2024 until 23:59 on 19/07/2024. There will be daily prize draws across the Promotional Period. Winners will be drawn after the completion of each week of the promotion (Wednesday – Tuesday). Entries outside of the Promotional Period will not be accepted.
To enter the daily and grand prize draws, purchase any product from the Tilda steamed ready-to-heat rice pouch range from Tesco, Waitrose, Asda, Morrisons, Ocado, and Sainsbury’s (instore or online) and visit www.tilda-tadaa.com to enter your first name, surname, email address, home address and how many products you have purchased on your receipt on the entry form and upload a copy of your purchase receipt during the Promotional Period.
If purchased online, you must upload either a photo of your delivery note or a screenshot of an order confirmation email, clearly showing the eligible Tilda product purchase dated during the Promotional Period and prior to date of entry. Entrants who do not give correct details or those who make an entry on someone else’s behalf will be disqualified, at Tilda’s discretion.

Tilda may substitute any prize (or an individual aspect of a prize) for an alternative of equal or greater value where it deems it strictly necessary due to events outside its reasonable control.
Tilda will not offer cash alternatives to any prizes. Prizes are not negotiable. The prizes are non-transferable and cannot be sold or auctioned.
The winners are responsible for all other costs or expenses involved in claiming or using their prize other than those that are expressly stated above as being included as part of their prize.

All eligible entries will be entered into a daily draw and the grand prize draw.
Daily winners will be randomly selected by an automated computer process on the Wednesday after each promotional week (Wednesday – Tuesday) (apart from the last week where winners will be picked on the Monday). One winner will be picked for each day of the promotional week; this will happen over the 11 weeks of the promotional period. Should there be no entries on a particular day the prize will roll over to the next day. A winner will be redrawn if they have previously won three prizes.
The grand prize winner will be randomly drawn by an automated computer process on Monday 22nd July 2024.
All winners will be contacted by email, via the email address provided on entry, within 7 days of each draw date. All winners have 14 days from first contact to confirm acceptance of their prize, supply proof of ID, and supply any further address details for prize fulfilment. Winners will be sent a follow-up email after 7 days if no response has been received. All e-gift cards will be gifted and organised via the winner’s email address. All other prizes will be gifted and organised for delivery to the home address provided upon entry. Physical prizes will be delivered by courier within 28 days of valid claim and the completion of the verification process. E-gift cards will also be delivered to the email address entered upon entry within 28 days of valid claim and the completion of the verification process.
If a winner cannot be contacted, rejects their prize, does not claim their prize within 14 days of the date of the first notification email or are ineligible, Tilda reserves the right to select another winner. The process will repeat twice for daily prize draw winners after which any remaining prizes will be null and void. Entrants are encouraged to monitor their email account during this time in case they are a winner, including junk folders.
For the grand prize, the winner will be contacted by email via the email address provided upon entry within 7 days of the draw date. The winner will have 14 days of first contact to confirm acceptance of their prize and show proof of age via email in the form of copy of passport, driving licence or equivalent via reply to the email notification. In the case that they do not respond in time, reject the prize, or are ineligible another winner will be selected using the same methodology as above. The process will repeat for three months after which any remaining prizes will be null and void. Entrants are encouraged to monitor their email account during this time in case they are a winner.
Once acceptance confirmation has been given and after the completion of the verification process, the holiday will be organised via the prize agency. The winner can expect to be contacted by the prize agency via email within 2 weeks.
Tilda will make available the grand prize winner’s surname and county of residence to members of the public or regulators who request such details within 3 months of the closing date of the Promotion.
Entrants can object to disclosure, or request that disclosure be limited in scope by contacting tilda@promotionhandling.com. Tildal may nevertheless disclose the information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so. You may request a copy of the winner’s list by emailing tilda@promotionhandling.com. Tilda reserves the right to refuse any or all such requests.
Tilda reserves the right to verify all entries including but not limited to asking for proof of address, purchase and ID (passport, driving licence or equivalent) which the winner must provide within 14 days and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, the spirit of the Promotion, any instructions forming part of the Promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating or won using fraudulent means.
It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide correct, up-to-date details when entering the Promotion and acceptance of their prize. Tilda cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects prize acceptance or delivery of their prize.
If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond Tilda’s control which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, Tilda may in its sole discretion cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion or invalidate any affected entries. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond Tilda’s reasonable control and which prevents Tilda from complying with these Terms and Conditions (including but not limited to global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts of God), Tilda will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
Whilst nothing in these Terms and Conditions will limit Tilda’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or for fraud, Tilda and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, direct, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using a prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
Tilda’s decision is final with regard to all promotional matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
Tilda has no control over internet or communication networks and is not liable for any problems associated with them due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. Tilda will not be held liable to any individual for any fraud committed by any third party nor for any event beyond its control including, but not limited to, user error and any network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind which may restrict, delay or prevent a participant’s entry to the Promotion.
These Terms and Conditions (and any non-contractual issues which arise out of or in connection with them) will be governed by English law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts.
Tilda will only use your personal data supplied for the administration of the Promotion and for no other purpose, unless we have your consent. All personal data will be deleted 3 months after the Closing Date, apart from the details of the grand prize winner, which will be deleted upon completion of the holiday. You acknowledge that Tilda may pass such information to its third-party agency, solely for the purposes of administering the Promotion.
